Hi, I was using their service for a month or so, delivery is on time and app is also good, recently they increased their monthly access fee for covering increased delivery cost! and I accepted the same and paid for April month as well, But yesterday on 31 March 22, I received a notifiction saying that any item delivered beyond subscribed items will be charged RS 10 per dekivery, this means if I ask for half a litre of additional milk I need to Pay Rs 10 extra!, else I need to purchase items worth Rs 100 or more, how ridiculous it can get, I pay Rs 116 as monthly delivery fee and still pay Rs 10 for extra item, this is after their initial claim of delivering just ONE apple if client demands!.
I have cancelled my access and also the pending subscription for now. I hope their management reworks their pricing strategy soon.
