I purchased 3 super fans in 2016. Initially all the 3 fans had some software issues. Versa drives Coimbatore was informed of this defect. They sent a technician to my residence. He reinstalled a patched software in all the three fans and the fans started working correctly since then. The power consumption was measured and found that fans were very power efficient and consumes less than 40 watts at full speed. The fan is three times costlier than conventional fans, but during the course of the past three years, I was able to recover more than 60% of initial investment through power saving.
During 2018 Kerala floods, all the three fans were damaged. I informed versa drives about this. they were really happy to help me. they asked to send the motors if the fans through registered post. within 10 days, I got functional replacements from them. I didn't have to spend anything except for the postal charges. the remote control units of the fans were damaged in the flood which I had to procure from the local dealer at Rs.230/- per piece. Overall I am very happy with their service. they are true to their words. It is an efficient product.
