The guy quoted me Rs 3300 to transport my bike from Bangalore to Ahmednagar on phone.
When the local transport guy arrived, he made a bill of Rs 6000 without letting me know (he added octroi, service charge, etc). When I asked him to cancel, he asked to pay VAT and local transport cost. After a lot of heated phone calls to manager, they agreed to do it on Rs.4000.
After an entire week, I called again to know where my bike had reached. I was told I will get the bike the next day. After couple of days the driver called saying he has started from Pune. He was still in midway when I called him and he said HE IS RIDING THE BIKE FROM PUNE TO AHMEDNAGAR (120 KMS). I was shocked at this. Not only did he not ask my permission but there was NOT A SINGLE DROP OF OIL in my RX 135. When I got the bike I was heartbroken. It was in pathetic condition. Piston clattering sound was coming from engine and many parts of bike were broken.
WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY YOU CAN TAKE SERVICE FROM.
