Late delivery, improper servicing, out-of-stock spares and doesn't keep time. The list goes on for the dubious distinction of sundaram motors. I left my car for service in Sundaram and they medled with the air-conditioner and it was repaired only after 4 months and after two-three trips to their service center and in the mean-time my car drank petrol like anything.
The clock in my car was defective in manufacture and was replaced only after 7-months. Reason given was out-of-stock. I lost one of the hub caps in the wheels and they don't have spare for replacement and the reason out-of-stock. What is the reason they are running their business with so many things out-of-stock. Better they close down their shop.
Also the staffs never pick-up their mobile phones during sales. I got my car delivered after 2 months of order and I was tricked to buy a higher end model which doesn't have too much of extra features than the model that I ordered. To hell with them they delivered my RC book after a complete month after purchasing the car. Also there was no freebies with the car except a small pack of chocolates and issue paper box. With these kind of dealers GM india will soon become bankrupt like their US counterpart
