I had a very bad experience with Sundaram Motors in servicing my fiat palio, Their way of diagnosing the problem is very bad. Instead of fixing one problem they always create another problem. I had to shell out around 10-15 k every three months.
As part of changing my clutch kit, they forgot and left a small spanner inside and the new one also got damaged with-in 4 months.Once my vehicle was met with an accident as part of its service, they did not detect the problem of Radiator for 2 years and one fine day the radiator stopped working.
I strongly recommend not to buy or get your service done with Sundaram Motors.
Unfortunately they were the only service support guys for fiat until tata tie-up. Now they have even stopped servicing fiat products. I was thinking of buying a new car from GM and decided not to by just because of Sundaram Motors.
