I have recently shifted my residence from one area to another in the same city and I have called up Sun Direct Customer Service to shift my Sun Direct Connection.
Nobody turned up even after multiple calls and follow-ups. Finally Tata Sky guy helped me to fix my Sun Direct Dish and Set-Top Box. Sun Direct support is very poor and don't go for that. They have Customer Service Center for name sake.
