For dish alignment I called around 15 times but no response even after 2 months
They don’t want to retain customers. When peoples cancel their connection in bulk then only
They will learn the value of customers. my no is 41202800839r. ....the Customer care numbers are not toll free and we are wasting money by calling these stupid peoples. these pls don’t know English and all calls are noisy. I advice all of you Never take this connection even if you are getting free of cost. They are interested only in selling products and not in service so at last I decided to cancel this connection and go for new DTH who can support customers.
