Folks, my feelings after being a customer of SUNDIRECT DTH can be summed up in these lines:
If you want to wreak vengeance on somebody, gift them a SUNDIRECT DTH connection, or coerce them to buy one. Then sit back and watch the fun as the innocent victim tries to get customer service to pick up the phone or respond to issues- the most crucial of course, being of recharge. The customer tries his level best to recharge this DTH online but it never works. He will even lose money to a company called rechargeitnow.com which is sported by SUNDIRECT on its website. The only way is to go to oxigen or sundirect shops outside.
Have fun watching him tear out his hair in frustration and fury as he is put through the drill of entering and then repeating his credentials over and over on the phone as he tries to get customer care to respond. Nothing works: neither pleadings nor threats.

Sir, thank you for calling sundth. Is there anything else I may assist you with?
