Sun Direct used to be a good DTH providers back when they were new. Now they have many problems. When there is even a small drizzle the signal goes off and doesnt receive signal for a while. They don't provide many channels and the picture quality is not so good. They have the worst customer service and for the money we pay it is not valuable. They can give a better service and they have the potential.
Even though they are the best DTH providers in south india, they can get better than this.
