The worst dth service ever. They do not even know the basic things like what is customer care, do their customer care numbers and email addresses exist in the first place, recharge options are plenty only for the eyes but you can never recharge, you can luckily open their webpage to see their advert, thats it you cannot even login to see your account. They are like doordarshan in the era of fashion tv.
Just don't even bother to see their advertisements. If you happen to succesfully place a complaint to them, don't ever wait for their response because they do not have people to even read your complaints.
I have tatasky also with me and i can never even dare to compare the same with this sun direct. Get it installed and leave the dish, set top box and remote with your kids for playing with them. Thats it, they just suck
