Well friends today I am going to share my bad experience with sun direct dth service provides. We were the user of cable. when we build a new home we started to use sun direct becuse there is no cable operater in our region. Sundirect comes with lots of channel but to activate all we need to pay lot's of money now we are recharge the dth with 260 rupees even though they are not providing every channel. Well customer service is really bad when my father recharge the dth and open the tv still no channels are activated we have to call the customer care regarding this. Several times we have to face the same problem. When we open the tv we have to see ads more than 2 minuts then only we can change the channel that is a big problem why we need to see such ads? We are paying money so we have right to decide what we want to see.and one other problem is a simple cloud or rain can stop the working of dth. we have to wait until the end of the rain to see tv again.we are going to change dth as soon as possible
