Worst service by Sun direct, worst customer support.Customer care doesn't known any thing, customer chat service is worst, they make customer to wait for long time, several time asking Name of customer and other details, makes waiting long time and doesn't solve problems of customer.Has low Picture quality and set top box takes too long time to start have to wait for long time to start, channel does not change immediately have to wait for a while.
