I am a sun direct customer for more than a year now. I am residing in Mumbai. I took sun direct connection mainly for the reason that they were giving AIR FM tamil channels. Suddenly from the first week of May 2010, they have removed all AIR channels from the list of channels(radio). They have not even bothered to inform customers. First it was Makkal Tv, now it is AIR FM channels, tomorrow who knows what will be removed? I think their strategy is simple.


Get as many customers as possible by giving many products. As soon as the customer base increases, gradually start removing the products one by one, without informing the customers. Poor customers! Next it may be the turn of Vijay tv/ jaya tv. Then mega tv, raj tv and others will be removed one by one!


Please don't go for SUN DIRECT!
