As sun direct have very good plans I opted for sun direct. Initially all was going smoothly suddenly their satellite blackout for one weak was a very painful during football world cup. One time I asked them to change the plan but their customer service is non existent but once you stop to recharge they begin to call you. It means they are concerned about you in minting money.
My plan was changed after a lot of efforts. Now the new problem started some channels begins to miss which you subscribe specially star news which I watch the most.now the most horrible thing which was going to happen sun direct announced their new satellite direction which was free as announced by them.
After a lot of effort I found their technical support person which have a no time for me. After a lot f efforts and request he was ready to install new direction by charging 300 rs which have a no charge. Customers really feel cheated by such poor service quality companies.
