I wanted to take a paid property advt in Sulekha. I was asked to mention the MAINTENANCE COST (MC) for my property. When I said that there is no MC, they refused to post my advt.
Then I reduced the rent and added the MC. But opting for paid subscription was very cumbersome process.
I opted for a free subscription. I hardly got just a couple of contacts.
Then I got a tenant from other sources. Now even if I disable my advt, I am still getting SMSes from Sulekha.
I called them and requested them to delete all my records from their website, so that I don't get any message from them.
Even after one week, they just can't delete my records from their website and I keep getting nonsense messages from them.
So be careful while posting any advt in Sulekha. You will be getting promotional messages endlessly, which are of no use to you.
One of the worst company to deal with.
