Sulekha producing good deals but they lacks in services, they are not checking whether the product is available or not they simply posting in the website, after the order from customer they searching for product, I thing there is lack of communication between customer care dept and logistics dept.
I order a fujifilm s 2950 camera on 26/03/2012 they assure to ship on or before 30/03/2012 else full replacement, till 30th of march customer care boldly telling that it will ship on 30th but not shipped, after that they said shipping on 02/04/12 on that day I asked to customer care they said on 4/4/12 we ship or refund but they shipped on 2nd April itself and I get on 5th April, even customer care person don't know real status of order so they need improve on communication between dept's and if they provide cash on delivery it will reduce the stress.
