Worst possible service. They haven't given any contact number and the only way to make contact is through the one email address they have provided which is of no use. Don't expect a single reply from the company. I had purchased 3 sandals of the same size of which only 1 was of right fit.
So, I tried to contact them for exchange but there was no response. I was stuck. They have made an exchange policy for display only and its useless. Don't expect delivery commitments or any exchange in case of- size mismatch, wrong product delivery or poor quality. And yeah, don't expect any response too
