I bought my iphone 6 plus from Apple store about 11 months back ! 1 week back I droped the phone in water mistakenly and it stopped working ! I went to the same store where I bought the iphone , they were very polite and helpful.
After a few checks and verifications they replaced my 11 month old scratched iphone with a complete new iphone of the same colour and gb along wid new earphones and charger without charging me a rupee ! And the new iphone extended my warrenty for one more year ! I was very happy and satisfied ! Thanks to apple.
