I booked my stay in Ooty a week ago before my departure. Since I was travelling with family, I needed all things to booked in advance & no last minute crisis. But Stayzilla.com made sure that my plan is RUINED!


I receive a call from stupid helpdesk 12 hours before my departure that the hotel I booked is no longer available. I was left with no option as all other resorts & cottages were also booked. Stayzilla.com offered my some filthy inn to stay in! It was horrible.


I reworked on my plan & finally had to plan for coorg instead of ooty!


Please don't ever use this website. THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE & RUINED IT ALL AT LAST MOMENT!
