Pathetic Services. Pathetic Behavior, Booked my room with GOIBIBO, when I arrived in the hotel they said they have booking but do not have room, I was loaded with luggage and was traveling alone from delhi, I was standing like stupid on the counter, they denied to provide the room at the time of arrival to a single women traveler .even they did not bother to inform me that they cant provide the room and not cancelled the booking . I have booked it a day prior. Top of that their owner himself was sitting on reception . they did not bother to apologies even. dont know why Goibibo type companies continue their agreement wid them.
