I have an account In sbi and I have been ising it from last 3 years during the last three years sbi improve a lots in its system it is a great step toward digitalisation of india. But it has some draw back also I had noticed in few branches that in order to deposit cash in someones account it is necessary to bring your debit card instead of filling conventional cash deposit slip I know the young generation has lots of benifits and they will handle that system veey easily they will easily adapt but what abou the people from village people belongs to village not that mush foraward and literated as compaired to city so what my opinolion is sbi must have to consider all the people other wise servise is good but now a days charging extra momey for different transaction i.e it puts limit in bank deposit, transfer, withdrawal reason so I am very disappointed with sbi
