I have been a customer of State Bank Of India for about 5 years and let me share my experience with you,
The phone banking is same as the other banks not very good,
The ATM availability is not very good because some of the ATM's doesn't have money,
The customer service is worst compare to private banks because the employees don't listen and they are very lazy,
The internet banking is good because you don't have to beg the bank employees to transfer your funds or other things,
Overall it is one of the worst bank because of the customer service.
