State bank of India is a nationalized bank but the services of the sbi are not up to mark.The customer service at state bank of india is terrific.
The staff of the bank is not friendly to the customers coming to the bank and they are not guiding customers nicely. They just keep moving you from one place to other to get a simple thing done.
My younger brother has applied for the account of sbi.Firstly he havent received the cheque book and when contacted to the bank they said go to the nearest post office you will get it from there.
When we gone to post office they said cheque booj was not there and they returned the cheque-book to the bank itself.When contacted to the bank they said they will re post the cheque book to the address.When the person is himself gone to collect cheque book how can they say they will get it posted to address.
Very poor customer service though a national bank they should improve their customer service
