One of the most trusted bank which has thousands of branches and ATM's across the country. Visiting bank branch is a horrible nightmare. There is an long queue at every counter, nothing can be done until we stand in queue for few hours. Even for entry of passbook you have to stand in queue. Atm are well organized throughout the city. My city has huge branch with many counters but service is very poor, I don't know about the condition in other cities.
