State bank of India is a nationalised bank with a good outreach even in the rural area with a large customer base. the facilities provided by the bank are also at par with other private banks. however ATM service remains a big problem, most of the time they don't have cash and /or the machine is out of service. Internet banking facility is good( I haven't faced any problems till now). Customer service is bit of a problem, as they have to cope up with huge load of customers. they need more staff and counters to cater to such crowd which stand in long ques for hours together.
