Inspite of knowing Sbi is a goverment bank I took account in it because an account from goverment bank can be used as adress proof in many cases. I’ll tell you the major problems faced at this bank.
1.Employees here are terrible
2.they dont work for customers
3.lunch time is more important than customer urgency
4.they dont maintain minimum curtousy and respect
5.any process will be carried very slowly( no matter how important your work is , the dont care)
6.u cannot complain or give feedback about their behaviour because no action will be taken ( ever)
