I would like to put my personal opinion about the state bank of India, as everyone know that SBI is an oldest bank in India or can say it is a father of banks.
but now a days the privet banks are playing better role in banking sector in India and providing better services than State Bank of India,
other privet banks like ICICI, HDFC etc banks are providing much better online banking services and the are more user friendly.
Even then the SBI is still more reliable than other Banks
