You will have to wait long time to get anything done. Loads of useless and inconvinient process to open bank account. They sent the cheque book and debit card in speedpost, not bluedart, hence there is no assurity about when you will receive them. It took more than 8-9 days to reach, even though my contact address was in the same city as the branch.
And good luck with Online User Access activation. If you are lucky enough, you might get it work else, struggle with username/password/activatiom password/kit no. One out of many useless input fields won't work for sure. LOLS.
I am just using it for a loan purpose, else I would have never opt for it.
