As everyone knows, this is one of the biggest bank of India now a days.and maybe no other bank will be able to cross this one in revenue.
Now coming to the attitute of the staffs. They never provide proper information. You have to wait all the day just for a work there. Most of the time I have found ATMs are out of order. If you are opening an account then you need to be sure that you have 3-4 days for just opening an account. If you are withdrawing your own money they behave like they are giving you their own money.
I have experienced many other things in different-different states in India. Never a satisfactory service provider.
I hope this bank will improve the customer service n their staffs behaviour soon. Well if not they are many other banks doing and providing good services to the customers.
