Is the most used bank in india.I guess Almost 80% people use this bank, all modern facilities available here. But now it becomes un userfriendly bank. Lots of new rules, charges. Minimum balance should be atleast 1000 rs either a big charge amount will be deducted.
Also now all interst rates have decreased. So I opted to move to axis.
