1) Phone Banking : - SBI gives phone banking services which is very good as you can pay your payment from your smartphone.But their Procees is very slow they do not active quickly so its very lengthy process and its very bad thing for customer.
2) Atm/Debit Card : - SBI deliver your Debit Card qickly to your address which is best thing about this bank And their ATM Available in each city, Village and Area So you can easily use your SBI Atm.
3) Net Banking : - This Service is very secure and easy to use for online payment.SBI Provides Net Banking Sevice Quickly So its good.
4) Customer Service : -SBI Customer Service is very poor in most of the branches.Their Employees not help and talk properly to the customer which is biggest letdown of SBI.They do not Solve Your Problem.
