My experience by and large is poor with this bank, service, all processing, refunds when required. Mopre over, they never give u personal attention. I can never recommend this bank to any one no attention to senior persons. They make u feel too.& a unwelcome customer, , make u feel"Out" with ur problems. I have seen many complainants with SBI who long to have reddressals of their complaints but of no avail.
I WAS for HDFC bank any time.BUT THEY HAVE FALLEN FROM GRACEFUL STATUS
I am also not happy with the way ICICI bank is overcharging its home loan customers. HDFC's sister unit HDFC is doing well in Home Loan business. I wish them well.
I for one wud recommend AXIS OR SOUTH iNDIA bANK bank to all persons .Their service is good even in small cities like panaji. They manage much with little resources.
State Bank of India gave me shock recently."How on earth can you have more than one account with SBI, State bank Of Jaipur etc?"As if they are the RBI or Income Tax Commissioner .DO NOT EVER PAY HEED TO THEM IF THEY INSIST ON LINKING AADHAR CARD AS THERE IS NO DIRECTIVE FROM SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
