I have my salary account with SBI(state bank of India). Every month my salary will be credited in this account. Unfortunately one day I lost my ATM card so that I applied for the new ATM. They charge Rs200 for the new ATM and said that your ATM has sent to you in next 15days.
I received my ATM but I wouldn't receive my ATM pin. I visited to the branch and ask for the pin they said it will be send to you shortly but more than a month will be passed but I didn't receive my pin. Again I visited the branch office and after complaining pwith the manager I received my pin. Worst bank service. A very painfull time for anyone if their source of income has been blocked as I suffered.
