Hello Friends today I wana share with you my personal experiance about SBI Credit Card. My elder bro's SBI Credit Card I used from last 18mnths, In this time period I noticed that its service is Really Very Very Bad about which we never be hope that with Biggest Bank's Credit Card these type of problem can be happen.
But these type of problem are really happen not only with me but with all SBI Credit Card Holder Customers which are sharing with you :
¶ You cant done payment of your Credit Cards Bill Online.
¶ We already deposit our payment but after that in our statement, payment is still due
¶ Our payment is not up to date upto 20-30 days i.e. they always 20-30 days in back
¶ There is no satisfication from Customer Care , they says we update we update but do nothing, i.e. Customer Service is Really Very Bad
¶ Really there software is very very Bad due to which these type of problems happen with Credit Card Holders
¶ Many times Payment is not done at sites but from card payment is done and these type of Refunds take 20-30days
¶ Some time it takes many charges without any reason and for there refunds go bank many times which is really too Boring
¶ SBI have Credit Cell which says Customer about its benifits like you can do shopping free for 50 days, also you get points for each n every shopping n many more in such a manner they gives Credit card without any requirmwnt.
Really Really Guys I'm telling you my personal experiance that with SBI Credit Card Holders these type of Problems happen, So if you thinking to buy Credit Card then Plzzz Avoid SBI Credit Card, thank you dude.
