I bought this Starmker VIP membership 3 days before using my Apple App Store and it charged Rs 1600 under Discounted rates for a 3 Months VIP Membership where as it still not updated in my App.

I also wrote to the support email address and open a case at App as well along with payment subscription details but no further action.
