Dear team,
I have been under impression that star health insurance is the one of the most admired company in the industry.
But thanks to prove me wrong. Today at this time it's 12 in the mid night and am seatting in a hospital's reception waiting for your kind approval from last five hours in pain and trauma.
Your eminent call centre people as trained repeating the same thing again and again. Documents sent at 7.54 pm, they need it Dan at 11.30 pm too why?
I have been paying for this insurance for last four years with not a single claim. This is first time ever I tried to take benifit for which I have already paid. But lookig at the treatment I am getting from Star seems I am asking free funds from them.I have literary beg for it.
In top it, no buddy seems to be bothered about its mid night how and when I will get discharge, how I will go home at this time. But it seems ok.because star had already received its money and has foolproof(fullproof) plans not to pay and harrase the people. by askig Dan queries again and again.
I don't know if anyone is going to read this email or not but I wanted share cheating of these company of looting hard earned money of people like us.
This is planned loot.what's the matter in delaying payments by rasing same queries again and again.
I am request in IRDA to look into these kind of fake agaencies minting money.and we idiots thinks that we are securing our future with them.
I am also requeting health ministry to look into this.
Hope to get some response in this is ealse here in reception am waiting till I could service.
