Star Health Insurance has a wide range of policy which include their Senior citizen red carpet policy plan. I happened to take two different policy for my parents. However, I did not had a pleasant experience it. I had got my father admitted to the hospital and sent the form to the company for approval. I had sent all the documents requested and with the consent and understanding for the doctors. Hospital was one of the recognized names and registered as a panel member. In spite of sharing all the documents I had been asked with multiple queries which was not honored by hospital and finally I end up paying cash and claim was not passed.
