First year - Free.
Second year - They charged.
Third year - Again charged. I sent a request to cancel the card. They told me the card will be free and reverted the charges.
Fourth year - Charged again. I again sent cancellation request - Card was cancelled in August 2013 by paying all dues except the annual fee.
Even after cancelling the card, I am getting monthly bills and messages to my mobile with some balance payment.
Contacted them 4 times - Every time they promised to revert wrong billing and reverted the amounts and kept on adding late charges.
They just want to grab money from you and never serve you.If you have enough money you can get this card and keep paying Standard Chartered.
Contacted head of customer service in Jan 2014 via email - till now I haven't received any response.
