Stan. Chart. charged me late payment charges even when I had paid well-in-advance. They only reversed 50% charges in spite of giving proof of payment made and were not ready to admit their mistake.
I had a horrible experience with this bank. Please do not buy credit card from this bank. Customer care executives are of no use. Had to call and write several times to explain them their own mistake.
