Worst experience of my life. Review on Standard Chartered Bank

I applied for a personal loan with Standard Chartered Bank four years back. They took the documents, cheques etc from me and informed me that loan was not approved after debiting processing fee of Rs.1500/- from my account. They havent returned the same so far.

I applied for a credit card (Standard Chartered bank) four years back which was delivered on the office address but handed over to the receptionist instead of me. The receptionist used it without my knowledge and the bank started harassing me, asking me to pay. I paid one installment thinking that the matter would be sorted with the receptionist who agreed to pay back. After that I refused to pay and the bank spoke to the receptionist and there was some agreement between both of them.

Standard chartered still continues to send me statements, etc regarding the credit card and has kept me on their defaulter list ever since.
