I have standard charted bank account and experiened ots service . here u want to share my views
1) you can not get one year statement from your net banking acount.
2) phone banking ia just for the name it ia nothing but you can just know about your balance available .
3) they never called me for feedback and never answer the emails.
4) atm and branch are very few and you hardly found in tier 2 cities .
over all: its not worth opening account .
