I find Standard Chartered a very fine bank. In these days when the services in nationalised banks is pathetic and other foreign banks are arrogant, Stanchart scores in service and courtesy. We must not forget that we tend to be demanding at most times and specially in banks we tend to lose our patience. Whenever I have visited their branch I have had no reasons to complain as whatever the transaction is, has been completed without any hiccups. I find the executives very helpful. One rotten apple maybe there, but let me tell you, it doesn't spoil the rest!
