Customer Service:

Despite e-mailing them several times that I have not received my credit card e-statements, they kept sending me standard replies which said that they were sorry about it and they have been sending these statements regularly to me which, they hoped, I have received!

After a rather long exchange of e-mails, I happened to note that in one of their e-mail replies, my e-mail id. in their record was incorrect!

I called up their customer support and verifed that my e-mail id. in their record was indeed incorrect.

I fail to understand how dumb these people are. When you get a complaint of non-receipt of e-statements, the first thing you are supposed to check is the customer's e-mail id in your record. This is common sense.

I have also been complaining to this bank about the charges they impose on redemption of reward points but they are not sensitive to their customer's opinion. Infact they have hiked these charges.

They call it delivery charges but do you charge someone for delivering his/her reward which he/she has earned by giving you business?

I have suggested them to include these redemption charges as equivalent reward points in the price of the item but I think they fear that a person might redeem all his/her reward points and then cancel the card. Hence, they levy this charge which will be reflected in the next card statement. Pathetic attitude.
