Hi,
I found my SCB service quite good one. I had been served by the bank's CSR's quite fast and in a very good manner. Many a times the CSR's came forward to explain the good schemes / offers etc. They upraded me from my VISA Classic to Gold Status. I was quite satisfied with their overall service, quite better. The CC comes in categories like Classic, Gold, and Executive.
They also have Diva for women where they provide Personalised servies by Les Concierge for services like movie / train ticket bookings, flight bookings, Utility bills payments etc. This card comes with a accidental Insurance cover of 6.25 lakhs. The Gold Card entitles to some good services like Free Health-check-ups, Upgrades to business classes in flights, Free stay for spouse @ Selected Star Hotels, as well as Instabuys. I think for a sum of 1500 for the Gold Card their services are quite good.
