NEVER APPROACH SQUARE YARDS THE INTERIOR COMPANY. Review on Squareyards

Chennai location: If am to write this review, I should first admit my stupidity in choosing this bloody company good for nothing . the company sales team is the top most cheats among many interiors . The sales team which brainwashes first comprised of Sandhya, Swetha Rajendran and their useless boss Mr.Backiyanath. These three would impress u by their designs but will never stand thru the project end . They dont have their own manufacturing set up either . Everything outsourced and they are only aggregators . Their vendor network is the shabbiest I can say . With one team they are doing multiple projects and they dodge you by not completing the project on time. They take entire 100% cost prior to delivery of the service(at the production level) and then they play their game . No timely commencement of work. A fake whats app group is created with so many unfit and useless project managers, sales team, installation manager who will never respond to your cries. Very clearly and cleverly they will remain quiet. Poor vendor co ordination. The Vendor team also looted the new camera in the site offered by the Builder and they are so capable that they could not even ask the vendor team about it . No carpenter or electrician will come to site promptly. 1000 messages corresponded by customer and no response and only false promises. Entire Project is full of snags and pending works and they will promise 45 to 60 days and it will be 4 to 5 months but still not completed . International Fraud company. they loot customers and never deliver . Every cost is escalated 4 to 5 times on the project saying quality but that is absent in the work. siuch a nasty company and bunch of liars. The MD Mr.Tanuj never responds to mails and thats a fake id I guess as 2 mails back to back no action. A real estate broker company starting such interior design company with no prior expertise . Every project manger survives only for 1 to 2 months and a project will see 3 to 4 project managers. Planning team is an useless team good for nothing and none there knows how to run a business and how to handle customers. Without customers, how can they take their pay checks. Full of negativity in the same apartment where 5 others engaged this stupid company and now regretting .

MY STRONG ADVISE WHICH STAYS FOR EVER. NEVER DREAM OF THIS COMPANY TO BE ENGAGED TO YOUR PROJECT AND THEY WILL GIVE U BP, SUGAR LEVELS WILL INCREASE DUE TO STRESS, MENTAL STRAIN AND EVERY THING AT OUR COST .
