Firstly limited and good projects.
Salary on time. Every one have laptop provided by company for smooth working of staff.
Job security is good but common sense, if you work report is smooth than you can stay any where, there are very good policy like other company. Little bit pressure time to time, but good, because if any one pay than they have some expectation.
Square yard is always try to help in every matter if its regarding customer or own staff. because if staff is happy than growth is comes automatically.
so this is good for working and also for good services.
