Have purchased Kurlon Mattress on February . It got delivered with manufacturing defect. Coir quality is not good. Edges of coir came out of the outer cloth all over the mattress.
We registered complaint twice and inspection has been done two time within this three months of time. I am following up this complaint calling kurlon customerservice every alternate days. Whenever I call, they reply we will replace your mattress, but waiting for approval. It’s been more than two months we registered last complaint. Untill now they are not resolving my complaint.
It’s really annoying me to call Kurlon customerservice every alternate days in working hours. Please take some necessary steps to resolve my issue.
