Let me warn you straight - Springtek mattresses are not built to last, and Pepperfry is complicit in pushing their substandard products while turning a blind eye to genuine customer issues.
I bought a Springtek mattress via Pepperfry beliving I was choosing a quality brand backed by a reliable platform. What I got instead was a piece of JUNK that barely lasted for 15 months before noticeable bulge on one side.
When I raised a complaint, Sprintek pulled out their classic "PRO-RATA WARRANTY" trick- a cleaver excuse to charge me again under the guise of replacement. And Pepperfry? Completely blinded by their love for their Vendors. No help. No Ownership. Just shrugged it off like it's not their problem.
Let's be real:
This pro-rata warranty is nothing more than a cash grab.
Their so-called "support teams" are trained to wear you down with vague policies and vendor cannot be wrong attitude.
It's disgusting how companies like these exploit hardworking people, selling dreams of comfort while delivering garbage- and charging you again when it fails.
And most importantly - if it was truly wear and tear and damaged by me, why Springtek agreeing to replace it at all, even partially?
Pepperfry, how can you keep hosting sellers like this without accountability?
Springtek, how do you sleep at night building a fortune off lies and poor craftsmanship?
Avoide Springtek. Avoid Pepperfry. Avoid getting Scammed.
