I travelled from Kolkata to Agartala on 11 October via Spicejet SG 278 flight. On the CCU airport in Kolkata, Spicejet personnel who was supposed to provide me boarding pass was busy in talking to someone else. When I asked her to do her duty first, she started to urgue with me and asked me to move out of the line. I had to stand in another line again at another counter. It was a very bad experience. I am sure that I will never be travelling with Spicejet in my life.
