My experience with Spice Jet was the worst. That was the 1st and the last time I ever opted for spicejet. I had a flight from chennai to hyd and I got the flight delay notification 1hr before the fly time. By then I was already at the airport. Had to wait for 7hrs for the next flight.
After 7 hrs of wait, already frustrated, had to experience a very bad customer service from the crew members. The food was cold and stale. Though the fare suits your pocket, but this is not the experience that any customer would like to have.
